I've had this little program for several years now and still use it. This thing is incredibly fast; I have over 500M files and it's done in a couple of seconds. Even though I have HitmanPro and other AV scanners, I use this one regularly as it is so fast that it's no inconvenience, at all. No one AV scanner does it all, all of the time. But you will use it too just because it's so fast.
Cons
Yeah, you have to remove the spyware yourself, which can be a little tricky. Or, once alerted, run other AV programs (which take far longer to run) to do this for you.
