From Selteco :

Create and edit any Web graphics. Design banners and buttons, edit and optimize animated GIFs, import photos, drawings and screenshots. Draw rectangles, circles, lines, gradients and texts, animate items with effects like fade, zoom, flash, blow, blur. Add special 3d effects like drop shadows, glows or emboss. Build slide shows from existing images.

The application can create single or multiframe animations. You can use a master frame as the background for entire animation, and reproduce repetitive graphics easily. Bannershop has extendable architecture so you can download and add new animation extensions. You can also import vector images from CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator (WMF). Version 5.1 improves export quality.

Version: Bannershop GIF Animator 5.1

"Professional"

Pros: A great banner maker, with lots of unique features. Real easy to use, good interface and kool auto animation wizard. Great features to enhance fonts effect and images on banners. This is really one of the better banner makers out there.

Cons: Needs a bigger and better list of usable animation effects.
