From Selteco :Create and edit any Web graphics. Design banners and buttons, edit and optimize animated GIFs, import photos, drawings and screenshots. Draw rectangles, circles, lines, gradients and texts, animate items with effects like fade, zoom, flash, blow, blur. Add special 3d effects like drop shadows, glows or emboss. Build slide shows from existing images.
The application can create single or multiframe animations. You can use a master frame as the background for entire animation, and reproduce repetitive graphics easily. Banner shop has extendable architecture so you can download and add new animation extensions. You can also import vector images from CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator (WMF). Version 5.0.9 adds 3D reflection filter.

Pros: has some built-in animations for every single element from text to shapes, you can add an animation easily..

"Fantastic! Easy to learn and use!"
Pros: This program is one of the best animators I've ever used. The great thing is that it's DIRT CHEAP! The online tutorial is perfect for anyone from novice to expert. I had the first two animations done in less than 30 minutes. Only one drawback (if you want to call it that).... you HAVE TO purchase to export animations to your websites (big deal!)
