You can use the map to modify backup sets and quickly change the target locations for multiple profiles. The program comes with predefined backup sets for Outlook, as well as for Windows settings and the Registry, and you can create a new set from existing ones. We like the program's versatility, as it allows users to run it in beginner, standard, or expert mode. You can queue up tasks, and the program will record them in a special list, implementing them one by one. Backup2005 Pro manages a catalog database, where you can find details of each backup job. You can consult that catalog and search all backup jobs without opening individual backup files or even restoring a single file. The program saves data to FTP locations or to CD and DVD burners, using three different compression methods, and you can choose to encrypt backup files.
