From Babylon :Babylon-Pro is a powerful single-click translation, information, and conversion tool that enables users to quickly and efficiently obtain and customize information to specific needs. With a single click online or offline, this tool allows users to access information from thousands of glossaries and dictionaries, convert currencies, measurements, and time zones, and--through a text-to-speech system--hear the proper pronunciations of words (you must download and install the Babylon "Say-it" plug-in from the Babylon Web site to enable the speech capabilities).
Search with Babylon-Pro and get precise information in your fields of interest from a large database of commercial and professional glossaries. Just click the desired word, term, or number on your screen and Babylon-Pro will supply you with instant answers (see screenshot).
Babylon's content is made available through some of the Web's leading information providers, including Britannica.com, Dietwatch.com, Accuweather, and PetSmart.com, as well as by private users' glossaries created via Babylon's glossary-creation tool, the Babylon Builder.

"Bad technical support. Customer service is not helpful."
Pros: Nothing. Bad technical support.
Cons: Once you purchased the product they are very hard to reach and they are not helpful nor available.
