BBEdit has extensive searching capabilities, including grep searches. HTML tools are included in the package, and you can create tables in a graphical format and have them integrated directly within the BBEdit text window. Version 5.1.1 features integration with Mac Perl, improved preference capabilities, new menu commands, HTML tool enhancements, and numerous bug fixes.
