Pros: Scans well, but slowly. Very limited, but don't expect much from a free programme
Cons: It may have been just my machine or a server problem, but I couldn't download up to date database. It wouldn't let me log on to the site.
Summary: Overall you get what you pay for, don't expect too much.

"this product's anti-virus is good and thats about it."
Pros: , the only useful thing is the anti-virus, nothing else, i suggest you don't buy the Avira security suite instead get the avira anti-virus itself.
- the anti-virus is extremely good, scans are fast and detection rate is 98%Cons: - the firewall is very ineffective and only does basic functions
- anti-spyware is has very bad definitions and takes ages to scanSummary: only get the anti-virus itself out of this suite and use another firewall and anti-spyware with it, instead of getting the whole avira security suite

Pros: it is fast and works well without taking all the memory
Cons: not stopping and or pause. Had to close computer now.
Summary: Like - it works very well. Dislike - program went into cycle without a stop or pause button.
