From HiTek Software :This task scheduler and automation software can automate a variety of tasks, including FTP transfers, FTP monitoring, Web downloads, Web site monitoring, e-mail checking and sending, Telnet, ping, database SQL, advanced zip, unzip, copy, synchronize folders, and directory and file monitoring. In addition, the chaining feature can run tasks in sequence or conditionally depending on exit codes. Additional features include email notifications on task failure, FTP browsing, ZIP file viewer, extensive logging, remote task control. It supports dynamic variables to achieve advanced automation tasks. Email notification profiles based on exit code can be set for tasks. Schedules can be synchronized to allow or prevent overlapping schedules. Dynamic variables allow for advanced automation solutions. Number of commandline utilities are available to remotely and programmatically control tasks and the scheduler. Version 6.24: Automize SSH/SFTP addon module now includes SFtp synchronize task.

Pros: It automates everything I need very reliably and is reasonably priced compared to its features.

Version: Automize 6.24
"A Major part of our enterprise environment."
Pros: Automize allows us to quickly create, and test, new interfaces (chains), and move them into production with minimal effort. The resulting "chains" are much easier to support and maintain than those produced by scripting.
Further, the various hooks, logs, and scripts, make Automize a very open product that has enabled us to link it to our support infrastructure. Our Enterprise monitoring software monitors it's log files and we have built custom web pages to allow our Command Center to rerun jobs through the command line module. But even as a stand alone product, Automize is an excellent product for small or large businesses alike.
