Version: Auto Shutdown Manager 4.5.8.95
Pros: A lot of features, but confusing to setup
Cons: Between the tray app and the service it installed it consumed 60 MB of memory on my system.
Summary: I ended up switching to something simpler called SetPower that I read about on PC World.
