Auslogics System Information launches a very clean, very user-friendly interface that offers simple navigation among its categories of system diagnostics. Its tools are arranged according to System, Devices, and Other, covering programs and engines, networks, and device manager. This free utility provides no visual distractions from the info it displays, and any level of user will appreciate the detail it offers from its scans.
In our tests, the app functioned very well, responding quickly with a full spectrum of info about our system. We liked that it broke down system data according to Windows details, user details, system environment, and the various system folders that keep our PC running. We also liked that we could create and save a comprehensive report of our system data in plain text, HTML, or XML.
Many users will miss the bells and whistles that would push this app's value up a notch--the optimizing tools that would let you make use of that detailed data. But Auslogics System Information fulfills its promise of giving you detailed system information, which makes this freeware very useful without any extras.

"It cannot find a not yet installed hardware"
Cons: I recently formatted my PC and installed XP operating system on it. The XP failed to install multimedia audio controller and raid controller.
I downloaded this software to find out the name of the hardware or the manufacturer so I can download the driver from the manufacturer's website.
Nevertheless this software did not detect the multimedia audio controller. It could however detect the raid controller, but it did not tell or sign that the raid controller has problems or has not installed yet.
If you want to create a better software than Microsoft, please try to fix this bug. thank you.

"More details than others give- including CPU cache"
Pros: I was using "CPU spy" to find out whether my mods to the caching links on Durons were effective, but that stops working soon if you don't pay. This is the only other info program I have found that gives that arcane piece of information, as well as much else, and it is completely free. The other Auslogics stuff on here is also good. Respect!
Cons: What really burns me is I didn't find this months ago.
