Ringtone Creator lets you import your favorite MP3s, crop them to a reasonable ringtone length, re-encode them to an appropriate bitrate, and upload them to servers for download to your mobile phone - all for FREE. No cables or Bluetooth support required. It supports tracks in all flavors of both the WAV and MP3 formats. Ringtone Creator will also send a download link via SMS if your carrier supports this feature. With Ringtone Creator, you can create an unlimited number of ringtones in MP3 format.

Version 1.7.1 fixed uploading bug.
