Ringtone Creator lets you import your favorite MP3s, crop them to a reasonable ringtone length, re-encode them to an appropriate bitrate, and upload them to servers for download to your mobile phone. No cables or Bluetooth support required. It supports tracks in all flavors of both the WAV and MP3 formats. Ringtone Creator will also send a download link via SMS if your carrier supports this feature. With Ringtone Creator, you can create an unlimited number of ringtones in MP3 format.
