Makes my laptop loud and clear. I actually can listen to audio on my laptop speakers now! I also really enjoy plugging into my TV via HDMI and processing the TV speakers with this bad-boy. Great for online content!
Cons
I wish I had this years ago when I was watching live videos on Youtube.
Summary
Overall great solution for laptops and so so speaker systems hooked up to desktops. Anywhere you can hook up your PC to access the audio I recommend using the DPS Plugin.

This plugin provides incredible clarity and sound performance to my little desktop speakers. I can even listen at low volumes and not bother the other people in the office.

I wish I would have discovered this app when it first came out.
