From ArcSoft :ArcSoft Video Downloader is a fast, easy-to-use application which helps you to download and save videos from various video sharing Web sites, such as YouTube, MySpace, or Google Video. This application downloads the entire video whenever you start the downloading process, and the operation will be processed in the background while you do other things on your computer. When you preview a video on the Web page, a Download button will appear on the top-left corner of each available video. Then you can click on this button to easily download and save the videos to your Destination Folder so you can view them anytime you want. You can also repeat this operation several times in order to get multiple videos from the Web site simultaneously (10 tasks at most).

Pros: I used it few weeks, it always work well and very easy to convert the downloaded video to my iPhone.

"If I could, I would give this zero stars!"
Pros: It worked great for the first week after I downloaded it.
Cons: It stopped working with YouTube, even with files that I had previously downloaded. I tried reinstalling, deleting and redownloading, and downloading it to a different PC. I have been unable to get the program to work again.
Summary: I contacted ArcSoft about my problem. They insist that once I successfully re-install the program, it will start working again. I've been given no explanation why it would stop working at all. I've redownloaded, deleted, and re-installed this pro... read more >>

Pros: Easy to download, Quallity was very good compared with other online downloader I had used
Cons: may be works only with IE as others say... i dont think this is not a BIG con.
