- doesn't support 5.1 audio output, making it pretty useless for most applications
- only supports srt files for subtitles, so if you want to view subtitles on the output video, you have to download srt files and hope they are the right onesSummary
There are a lot of very good free video converters out there, Handbrake and RipBot (which handles subtitles brilliantly).
Its amazing you cant get any reasonably priced paid for videoconversion software, that does the basics -

Decent program, the lack of an uninstall feature is a bummer. Trial has expired and I can't remove the program.
