"Scam alert. Never received a keycode"

Pros
When you download the demo you get to convert one movie. This seems to work.
Cons
When I bought it I received a email that say "we are out of codes". Its been a week and no one has responded to my tech support emails (4 so far). I have paid for it but can't use it.
Summary
Tech support it terrible. Their website says they will respond within 24 hours. It has been 7 days. No responses, and no number to call. I have had to contact paypal about getting my money back.
