Pros: Converts Videos Fast
Cons: I wanted this software to convert a big file into a smaller size.
so i set the video bitrate to 512 kbps and audio to 64 kbps
the result was 676 MB
then i set the video to 160 and audio the same and STILL 676!!!!!
wasted my timeSummary: Buy if u want fast conversion dont if you want small file sizes

"AnyVideoConverter 2.6.5 Installation"
Pros: Decent set of video encoding formats. Seemed to do a good job converting an AVI file to MP4.
Cons: Installation only worked on "administrative" user account, but not other user accounts on the same machine. Got some error about "not being able to load output profile." Concern that is trying to save something in a protected environment.

"Pretty comprehensive piece of software."
Pros: Easy and intuitive interface. One does not need a manual. Conversion provides very good quality.
Cons: While I got it to work on a Windows XP machine, the latest version does not work on a Windows ME machine. Got error message for MFC42U.DLL missing. Older version seemed to work on ME platform.
Summary: It's free and works on XP. Useful to grabbing video from the Internet.
