This application scans your computer for spyware, but demo restrictions don't let you verify its ability to remove them. AntiSpyware Plus has a neatly designed and easily comprehensible interface that highlights its main functions: scan, quarantine, shield, delete, and schedule. The program swiftly detects common spyware on your system, while a thorough scan takes more time to gather additional results. We're impressed with the clear and reliable definition of each found cookie, worm, or spyware, which helps users quickly identify items to delete. The program's built-in scheduler makes it easy to maintain daily scans. The program effectively monitors your system against online attacks from bad cookies, home-page phishing, and certain process protections. Unfortunately, the demo version does not support deletion of the items it finds. We're left wondering if AntiSpyware Plus can indeed remove the files. This utility is simple enough for novice users to install and operate, but advanced users may find it too locked down. AntiSpyware Plus does seem to find most current spyware problems, but we can't vouch for its removal process.
