Version: Antenna Web Design Studio 2.7
"Easy to work with but limited in functions"
Pros: This software is easy to work with and the functions is relatively easy to figure out. A nice program for beginners.
Cons: This is a drag and drop wysivyg web page program. Althougt the drag and drop functions works ok the rest of the program is still organized in the old fashioned way. Some of the functions is a little quirky to figure out because we have gotten used to everything is true drag and drop including pictures and text from other programs. In Antenna you have to create a folder and place your content in that folder before you can use it. This program lacks help functions like grid, snap and rulers that often comes in handy when designing webpages and you can not edit directly in the HTML code but have to use code inserts in stead. I also had a strange experience; when i renamed one of the pages, the whole site was deleted and gone.

"Wonderful tool for any novice trying to design a webpage."
Pros: Incredibly easy for anyone to use. You need absolutely no experience with html codes or the like and the interface is easy to use and graphics based. The program also offers animation, pull down menus, page transition, and much more. For those who do have html and script writing experience, the program allows for direct input by you the programmer.
The web site that I developed is informational in nature only and does not include any kind of e-commerce so I cannot speak to that area. My site includes photo pages, contact pages, and e-mail links along with calendars and text and everything looks and works just fine.
Once everything was done, publishing to the host was a snap. The program also keeps track of any changes you make and when performing subsequent uploads, only uploads the changed pages while removing the deleted pages.
For just under $60, I consider this program a great find.
Cons: The only con I can think of is the usual con associated with most programs - the learning curve. However, this probably has more to do with me and the fact that I am just generally a bit dense at times.
Having said that, I was pretty much up and running after only a few hours of experimenting.

Version: Antenna Web Design Studio 2.7
"Very easy to start off with and use to create slick looking websites."
Pros: Great for setting up duplicate pages extremely fast and re-editing items/designs you save- its very easy. Nice add-ons/plug-in features too that are easily incorporated into pages. I ended up buying it- it's packed with easy wsysiwyg tools that give crisp and dazzling results. Has an untimidating users guide.
Cons: 'Layers' functions may be a bit tricky for the novice. Paricularly for getting used to inserting custom html / meta tags.

Version: Antenna Web Design Studio 2.7
"awesome product, easy to use, great results"
Pros: Really an easy to use program to create great looking web pages without burdensome html tables and elaborate coding. Uses a simple drag and drop system for easy, good looking pages. Even uploads the pages to your website for you and displays the pages in your browser. Easily worth ten times the price.
Cons: Since it stores the design in its own proprietary format, collaboration with designers using other programs is more difficult.
