Version: Anapod Explorer 8.9.0
"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! ZERO customer serv or tech help!"
Pros: SEEMS like the software will work, but it is EXTREMELY slow.
Cons: Extremely slow. ZERO help or response from "Technical Service". Seems like they just want your money and that is where the relationship stops. I wish I had never seen their ads. Potentially good product but they just don't know a thing about customer relations it appears.

"Software = Okay. Servivce = Abysmal!"
Pros: The software pretty much does what I want.
Cons: Many, many problems!
1) Lousy documentation: While the software probably has the feature you want, good luck finding out how to use it. While every feature is documented, there are at least 3 different documentation sources, none of which is linked to another. Also, Anapod's documentation is not searchable!
2) Unreliable software. Anapod 8.9.1 on my home machine crashes after each transfer. It works fine on my machine at work.
3) Terrible service: Is your Anapod also crashing after each transfer? Have fun contacting support. Check the forums at iLounge for help.

Pros: I have not been able to use this software as advertised
Cons: I purchased the universal editon of this software to use with 3 ipods. The software will only let you restister it with one initially. After searching on the web I figured out that you have to ask redchair for permission to register the others. 3 emails in 7 days has yielded no responses from the software company so far. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

"Okay product, a little overrated by cnet and has no support."
Pros: Nice manager outside of iTunes.
Cons: Loaded full of nagging bugs and e-mailing support with issues and screen captures that you can re-create gets no response. Support simply seems to not exist. I suggest sticking with iTunes and Purple Ghost Software's PodPlus. That guy provides great support and is honest and sincere. A pleasure to deal with the one time I had a minor issue.
