Not able to update the app.
Summary
The app requires an update to the "newer" version, When following the instructions for the update, the link takes you to the developers, not the update page. I searched the developers site for the Amtrak app but it could not be found, also, I was unable to find it on at the "Market Place".
I would like to use this app or one like it, so I'm willing to retry the app in a few days or weeks allowing them time to work out the bugs on the site/app links. -

At start up, required "update" but link was dead. All the time, spam rolled across my phone. This is NOT sponsored by Amtrak, but the logo is stolen from Amtrak. Do not download or install this spam

Stick to Android marketplace or direct downloads from known web sites.
As noted on other review sites, Amtrak does not have an App for android. All of the "Amtrak for Android" apps are other party apps. Some, like this, are just junk advertisement that you can download to your phone to read about weight loss, bigger body parts, etc, while you try to get this thing to work.
