From Allway Sync:

Allway Sync 'n' Go for U3 keep track of recent changes in your files. This utility searches for the latest versions of your files in the specified folders, and copies the modified file to the counterpart folder. For example, it synchronizes your folders. Unlike other directory synchronization software that just copies file with the most recent file modification time, Allway Sync 'n' Go for U3 implements a sophisticated algorithm which does not depend on system clock accuracy, and also propagates file and folder deletions properly. If your computers are not connected by a network, use a removable drive to synchronize them. Allway Sync 'n' Go U3 is the portable edition of Allway Sync for removable device with U3 technology.

What's new in this version: Version 12.1.1 added progress indicator for Taskbar button, supported Thumbnail Toolbar buttons, and fixed a number of minor bugs.

    Version: Allway Sync 'n' Go for U3 10.3.8

    Pros

    does exactly what I want, very useful, easy, it just works, doesn't screw or trick me like many other fake/free programs - it just suggests I upgrade then lets me continue

    Cons

    at some point I should think more about when/not to delete old files - but that's just housekeeping. No problem really.

    Summary

    As a teacher, I use Allway Sync for U3 to carry/sync class notes, tests and answers between home and work PC via a SanDIsk Cruzer Micro 8GB U3 thumbdrive with password protection against accidental discovery by students as USBs are so frequently lost/left behind in class - yesterday I was thankful for the USB files as our server was down all day, and I was able to continue work while other teachers were stumped. I love it.
