Overall I'm glad I bought AllMusicConverter, not any other like Tunebite(which is more expensive, but doing the same)
AllMusicConverter tech support provided me with FREE another license code for the app after I had to upgrade my system and thus lost the initial license key to that. The reply from tech support I received within 1 day, that's cool -

I've been using AllMusicConverter for already 3 years, and it has never let me down. It works just fine, converts my music in batch in a couple of min. The app removes DRM protection completely and that's what makes it my favorite. I don't know any other softwares working as efficient as AllMusicConverter. Besides it provides the best price/value!
Cons
No cons. The tech support is very helpful and polite. I receive replies from them the next day as the latest.
Summary
Conversions are speedy, the output can be played in iPod or other device. Tech support is helpful, assistance is being provided at high level. I recommend AllMusicConverter to anyone who needs to convert DRM protected music they've purchased. Great app!

A 250 character allotment would not be enough to cover this category. I will say this: They are happy to take your money and then it's adios. If for any reason you have to re-install it will cost you another $19.99.

How are we supposed to TRY this software to see if we want to buy it when it only lets you convert 90 seconds of a song??
The developers must be living i another world if they think people will actually buy their software in this manner.
