From AliveMedia :Alive Text to Speech allows you to convert text files to MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, or VOX files with a single right click. Just right click on files in the Windows Explorer, select "Convert to MP3" (or WAV, OGG, WMA, and VOX), and convert them using your predefined settings. Alive Text to Speech also enables you to listen documents, e-mail, news articles, or Web pages without conversion. It supports schedule converting and allows advanced users to finish conversions with command lines. You can change the different voices and the readout speed for conversion or listening, and download more voices from the Internet.

"Seems To Be Better Than The Others"

Summary: the ability to convert files to speech format of your choice with the click of the mouse is spectacular also the ability to have it read it outloud just by highlighting and pressing a hotkey is awsome to I highly recommend this.
