Alert+ Weather a simple to use application that adds weather alerts, current conditions, and forecast weather to your desktop. Automatically updates weather information for your area via the Internet. places temperature, alert and current conditions icon in your system/notification tray.
Version 1.4.6.2 has an updated user interface, advisory printing and new optional Condition image set that works with all services.

Version: Alert+ Weather 1.4.6.2
Pros: I think all the weather utilities are at least interesting. My understanding is that Accuweather is afiliated with the weather channel while the National Weather Service or NOAA, is a government entitiy. Where are these programs getting their info?
Cons: Nothing. Haven't checked accuracy yet.
Summary: Again, all programs, especially freebies are nice to have so you can compare values. Some will seem more accurate than others.
