"This was a terrible product and did not work"

There are few positive comments which can be offered about a dysfunctional product, and a company which doesn't stand behind its products.
Cons
I don't know why this received favorable reviews. i downloaded the latest version and found that would not operate on my computer. Our IT guy looked at it, tried to make it work and concluded that the product was defective. The customer support group was incompetent and demeananing. They refused to do anything other than to say that I needed to try it again. Finally, they refused to refund the money paid, and claimed that the product, once delivered, imparted value, even though it was defective. Furthermore, they claimed that the risk for a defective product transfers because the buyer is obligated to verify the functionality of the program prior to purchase.
Summary
I strongly recommend that you avoid both the video converter product and this company. . .AT ALL COSTS! BEWARE.

I bought this to rip Blu Ray discs to my media center and convert for iPad watching while traveling.
Blu-Ray ripping is awful. I have tried to rip around 10 discs now with only 2 being successful on the iPad 720p output setting. None have been successful as HD standard mp4. I have tried on multiple computers with the same results.
Software is not stable and crashes frequently around 50%.
You will be asked to pay an additional charge to download for more than a few weeks. If you need to download and reinstall after that period has expired you are SOL.Summary
Don't waste your money.
Only bought this software for the Blu Ray functionality. Sadly it doesn't work as advertised. -

This program is really easy to handle with. It works great for converting and editing videos. I use it on PC running with Windows 7 to convert my AVI movies to MP4 format for watching on my iPad. Besides, I did some editing like trim the video length, set the resolution and frame rate. It works stable and effective. The output videos are decent, and the converting speed is incredible fast.
