First and foremost, this is actually a trial version. The most obvious restriction is that any mp3 file is cut down to 3 minutes. Other restrictions are mentioned, but are unlikely to be noticed by an average user.
Another significant flaw that is quickly apparent is that you can't create a new folder to output the file into from the prompt; if you want to create an output folder you will have to do it elsewhere.
On the positive side, the three minutes of the test file that were converted appeared to have been faithful to the original quality.
