This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

Pros: It's fast, thats for sure. I ran Tune Up Utilities then ran this newer version of AWP & was surprise to find alot of registry errors left. Has a system restore & under TOOLS it has a memory cleaner, etc. It does more then just scan & clean
Cons: I still prefer TuneUp Utilitie's start up manager over AWP. Also, it says it prevents spyware from being installed (security defense) but I dont understand how it does that when I still get spyware & there's no updates. But this is no big deal compared to all the other features thats useful, free & easy to manage.

"Excellent product. Better than most."
Pros: Quite comprehensive and powerful.
Better than tuneup utility or others.
Cons: None so far. I don't notice any speed problem.

Pros: it works ok. it tries to do everything and it doesn't. however the latest versions have greatly improved in quality. it is light on the system
Cons: it does only minor registry repair and it is only a minor protection against spyware
