This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

Pros: It is amazing it helps keep your computer clean and deletes and fixes problems and unnecessary stuff and is free!
Cons: It did not change my computers speed in fact while it is running it makes it slower. And I hate the fact sometimes it deletes my FireFox history when I do not want it to.

Pros: Works great. Restores all those Windows things that mysteriously disappear or change over time for some unknown reason; it restores normal OS operation so that it operates more quickly and efficiently. I alerted 5 friends to this software, and each one that used it said they were amazed by the results.

"Powerful, Safe, and Effective Optimization/Repair"
Pros: My computer boots faster, runs faster, new windows open faster, there is lower memory/cpu usage, faster webpage loading & internet connection, & no more blue screen errors or other program errors.
The first time running it found:
4 Spyware problems, 2000+ security problems, ~200 relevant & invalid registry errors, 30 optimizations, start up entries, & ~20MB in temporary & privacy files. Later scans mostly detect just registry & privacy/temp files problems unless you get spyware or new security issues arise.
To go further in depth with what this program does: The spyware scan is minimal, the Security Defense scan immunizes you before spyware can even install, the registry scanner is highly sophisticated & frequently updated so that it easily compares with top products like Registry Mechanic, Iolo System Mechanic, & TweakNow RegCleaner, the start up scan finds start up entries & classifies known safe/unsafe entries, & the privacy & temporary files scans pick up junk or old files on your computer that slow it down or compromise your security. Best of all is the System Analysis Scan that finds Windows Services, visual effects, & settings that slow your computer.
In the System Analysis there is Daily Use, Entertainment, & Top Performance. Business Users can select Office Work, Server, & Computing Computer Types. There is also a "General" computer type for those unsure. There are also internet connection types: DSL (cable, dsl, satellite), LAN, & Dial-Up as well as the "General" type.
There is auto update & auto scanning options for log off & scheduled times & extra tools for your computer like a memory cleaner & system information viewer. If you do find you like this product, try Advanced Spyware Remover by Evonsoft (same programmer, old website for programs that haven't been completed yet) & also try SmartDefrag from Iobit.com (This is still in Alpha testing but is very safe & effective)
Cons: Ok so now that you've sat through all the good stuff, here comes the ugly- although hardly any.
This is an All-in-One tool with the exception that SmartDefrag has not been integrated into the program and must be installed separately. The same goes for Advanced Spyware Remover- it is not integrated and there is a free version, but like other free versions of anti-spyware it does not function as well as the pro version (for example Ad-Aware personal VS. Pro). The pro version has more optimizations and is fully automized while the free version is not (but does optimize and has some automizations). Also, there is currently limited support- you may only chat by email or gtalk if you have it, but a forum is going to be introduced to the new website too.

Pros: It has a nice interface and it's easy to use. It even has a memory cleaner and speed up my pc significantly! It's free! U get to update. It has spyware scan, security defense (prevent spyware from being installed into ur pc), registry scan, system analysis and u get to clean up temporary files and erase ur activity and surfing traces! What's the reason not to download it? It's totally rocks and i recommend it!!

Pros: I was surprized on how effective and inclusive this program is, not to mention that it does all of those jobs, well, and fast. I've got a lot of these individual programs, and this one does several,5 or 6?, as well as some of the other individual ones.
