This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

Cons: Will "optimize" your computer right out of booting.

Pros: The older product was good.
Cons: This file update is corrupt!
Summary: I downloaded this somehow and now my Advanced System Care doesn't work, can't be uninstalled, and can't be updated. The previous version I had worked great, but this "update" has totally ruined it.

Pros: Can't upload it so can't tell you.
Cons: Pretty self explainitory. Can't download this version which is telling me is corrupt.

Cons: tried to use this with Windows ME and it will not work. it is asking for an NT operating system.

Pros: It has a simple interface that is easy for anyone to use. It has many little utilities that help speed up the performance of any PC. I have a 6 month old laptop that was plagued with heavy files and it helped pick it back up and speed it up.
Cons: I cant really see any use of the SmartRAM feature, but this could be because I hardly have anything else running in the background other than necessary tasks and Firefox.
Summary: This product is good for anyone who needs a good cleanup and it keeps your PC clean and running brand-new.
