The program is an advanced tool that can be used to perform the search and replace operations across multiple text files. It supports the search engine query syntax and the regular expressions syntax. The search results window is especially convenient. You can see the lines containing the highlighted occurrences found in the selected files. In addition to the simple replace operations Actual Search & Replace allows to insert the text before or after inclusions, delete the text and replace it with spaces. The preliminary search, ability to undo changes and the backup feature help the user easily control the process of modifying files. The searched files can be filtered by size and last modification date. You can save reports about the found files and detailed information about the inclusions found in them.
