From DivlocSoft :The program is an advanced tool that can be used to perform the search and replace operations across multiple text files. It supports the search engine query syntax and the regular expressions syntax. The search results window is especially convenient. You can see the lines containing the highlighted occurrences found in the selected files. In addition to the simple replace operations Actual Search & Replace allows to insert the text before or after inclusions, delete the text and replace it with spaces. The preliminary search, ability to undo changes and the backup feature help the user easily control the process of modifying files. The searched files can be filtered by size and last modification date. You can save reports about the found files and detailed information about the inclusions found in them.

Pros: This is a good app that I've been using for just about 2 years. It provides a lot of flexibility in changing and replacing text in files. I would highly recommend it.

Version: Actual Search & Replace 2.6.2
Pros: The program is very easy to use. It includes most of the features that you would look for in a file search program, even regular expressions, and it will even display the contents and line number of the line your search phrase was found on. This makes it very usefull for programmers.
Cons: It has trouble handling large files. It acts as if it loads the entire file into memory before searching it. So if you have large files in the directories you are trying to search such as a CD image or .iso file I would recommend putting the file somewhere else before you run the search. At one point the program was taking up 190,000 kb of memory on my computer, rendering it pretty much unusable. Other than that it handles most files pretty well.
