From SoftActivity:This remote surveillance and spy program monitors in real time all computers in LAN. Activity Monitor allows you to monitor users' activity on all computers in network from a single PC in real time, and record each computer's usage history. Activity Monitor makes it easy to view, in real time, the screens of the remote computers, all typed keystrokes, visited Web sites, used programs. You can view a list of running processes and terminate undesirable ones. You can start programs or execute commands remotely, turn off or restart remote computers, log off users, copy any files from remote systems, and send instant messages to remote users. Activity Monitor can record all user activity to the log file. This information can be exported to HTML for convenient viewing in your browser, or exported to MS Excel for analysis. This allows you to see how long users worked with particular programs, how much time they spent on Internet, what sites they visited, what they typed in e-mails or chats.

Version: Activity Monitor 3.8
"Older version was good, not this one."
Pros: I used the demo about a year ago and liked it. The new version has got issues.
Cons: No phone support. VERY slow email support response. Trend anti-virus software thinks it is a virus. Poor FAQ. Oh yeah, very poor support.

"i think this tool is very usefull for network administrators"
Pros: the capturing ability of each and every activity its simply amazing
