This program offers so many options that first-time users may find themselves overwhelmed. AcsSoft Photo Movie Album does nearly everything, from organizing and keeping a record of all photos and media to publishing copies of those records complete with voice and text messages. At first, the program interface seems straightforward enough. However, as you attempt to navigate the drop-down menus, you run across a series of convoluted submenus. The 30-day trial period gives you sufficient time to decide if the program is worth registering. The program seems to be designed for the professional market, but the interface issues make it suitable only for patient home users.Publisher's description
From AcsSoft :AcsSoft Photo Movie Album scans your PC for your photos and movies, and creates the albums for you automatically. You can create a new album from your digital camera, which copies the photos and movies to your PC. You can record a voice message, create notes, set slide-show speed, set password protection, and choose background music. The order of the display can be by filename, creation date, or sequence number.
The search can be done on the filename, creation date, or sequence number, or on any words in the notes, album, or subject name. The photos and movies can be installed together with the royalty-free Album Viewer to CD-R; they also can be published as Web pages to the Internet. It can read the digital camera and save the photos and movies. Version 8.2 detects the existence of a digital camera and downloads the photos and movies to your PC automatically, with the album name My Digital Camera and the subject name is the date of the current date. 8.2C
