"Product support is the worst ever experienced"
Pros: The product appears to be easy to use and intuitive - but wait until you try to acomplish something ... see cons below.....
Cons: Does not appear to be compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 3
Technical support really really bad.Summary: Acronis technical support is the worst I've ever experienced. Was on the phone for 60 minutes and got no live support.
