Ace Video Workshop is a tool for encoding AVI files to MPEG files compliant with VCD, DVD, and SVCD, and vice versa. You can change the format of MPEG files to PAL and NTSC, extract audio from video files to WAV and OGG files, and extract images from video files to JPEG, BMP, TGA, PNG, TIFF, and PCX files. The program has 10 output video effects and a skinnable user interface, with three built-in skins. Version 1.4.38 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Ace Video Workshop 1.4.38

"Good program but not as good as TMPGEnc"

Pros: Conversion from MPEG to AVI.

Cons: Quality not good when compared to other encoders. Everything else doesn't matter!
