From Ace Video Workshop :

Ace Video Workshop is an easy-to-use tool for encoding AVI files to MPEG files that are compliant with VCD, DVD, and SVCD and vice versa. You can change the format of MPEG files to PAL and NTSC, extract audio from video files to WAV and OGG files, and extract images from video files to JPEG, BMP, TGA, PNG, TIFF, and PCX files. The program has 10 output video effects and a skinnable UI with three built-in skins.

Version 1.4.24 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
