From Sivart Software :AccuChef is full-featured recipe software that includes a nutritional analyzer based on the USDA Standard Reference Release 12 database, which you can update by downloading new versions from the USDA Web site (see screenshot). AccuChef also has a spelling checker with seven-language dictionary support (English, British, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Spanish). It allows you to create indexed Web pages of your recipes and print out your own cookbook complete with a table of contents, and headers and footers in category order. AccuChef also has a menu planner that helps you to plan your meals for the week, and a shopping list manager that can resize your recipes according to the number of servings (see screenshot).
Upgrades in 6.11 include Customizable output, Web page output, tyhe ability to print double-sided cookbooks, simplified shopping list maintenance, more import and formatting options, and the ability to paste recipes from the Windows clipboard.
Note: Registration costs $19.95. There is a 60-use limit in this unregistered version.
