"Easy to use, stable, lots of features"

"Maybe the best server for the non-geek"
Pros: Easy to set up and install as a Windows Service, a Start Menu Item, OR Manual Startup. Setting up configurations (like using PERL scripts) is easy using the on-line manual. NOT a Memory-hog.

Version: Abyss Web Server X1 2.4
"Easy to set up and get working, works like a charm!"
Pros: This little program lets you serve a website right off your home computer. Why pay a monthly fee to host your site?
You can set how many viewers can see your page at one time and I have it set to just 5 since I'm not sure how my cable provider (Comcast) would like more traffic, and I don't expect to have many visitors anyway.
This is so easy to use! I do recommend a router if you are going to run this for any length of time to prevent intruders. I got a nice little router on Amazon for $40, a D-Link.
It lets you have 5 free accounts so you can have 5 websites. There is really nothing bad about this except you cannot limit your bandwidth and this is something that is important if you expect to have lots of traffic so you don't overload your cable or DSL connection. You have to pay $59.99 for the pro version to limit your bandwidth. If that guy in the other review can't get this set up and working he must be really stupid, a monkey could use this.
Cons: none.
