This video converter won't impress you with a generous feature set, but you will like its simplicity and ease of use. The interface couldn't be more straightforward. It contains a large list of queued files, several operation icons, a progress bar, and a small player. In addition to the formats specified in the title, the program also can convert MPEG and DivX clips. You can select the output format and TV system (PAL or NTSC), but you don't get even the most basic additional features, such as a splitter or a joiner. However, we were happy to discover that AVI to VCD/SVCD/DVD Converter had no problem handling multiple files at once. It's a solid bet for those who want to play back video files on a DVD deck.Publisher's description

Pros: None. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Cons: I spent $30 on this converter that was supposed to convert AVI files to DVD-format, and it could only convert them to mpeg. NOT WORTH IT
Summary: Do not waste your time or money with this program. I tried using it to convert an avi file to DVD format but every time i clicked on DVD it output as an MPEG file. Normally a DVD should be a VOB file. It was supposed to create VOB files, and it didn... read more >>

"I spent a whole a whole evening for 1 30 sec vid on dvd"
Pros: Seemed to be fairly easy to use, at first.
Cons: Unless you buy the full product, your videos end up with the publishers name written through the middle, only good for trying b4 buying.
