Pros: Well... it has everything I need to change voice or listen to music, and a fabulous package of effects. It'd definitely be better in the future, I hope.

Pros: Our job requires us to contact with our customers via internet phone. AV VCS helps us a lot.
It helps us to bring something new to our customers every time they call to our CS Center and they can hear a new voice.
It helps us fell more interested in our job as well.

Pros: I downloaded the trial to see how it was.. and it was fantastic! Great for prank calling people..
I can change my voice to anything I want.
Cons: The only problem was the little pop up to get a free key...it kept coming up every 5 minutes..
But apart from that, it's great!
