The multitalented AV Music Morpher works quite well as an MP3 ripper, a CD grabber and burner, a disc-cover designer, and an audio converter, but its wealth of audio effects is what makes it really special.You can transform files in several ways--for example, by filtering frequencies, normalizing the volume, changing the tempo without altering the speed, and applying 3D effects to all of a track or parts of it. As with full-fledged audio-editing packages, you can cut and paste fragments from one song to another.
Sadly, however, this freeware version of AV Music Morpher includes only one-third as many effects as the professional one. Also, the interface is a bit jumbled, and it can be hard to tell when the Active button is enabled. But those are relatively minor objections. AV Music Morpher is free, full-featured, and powerful. We recommend it to creative users who don't need professional audio-editing capabilities.
