Pros: NONE
Cons: The product never worked correctly. Customer service does not exist. When you call you either get a fax line or an answering machine! UNACCEPTABLE! The product says 100% guaranteed or a full refund is a flat out lie. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops to attempt to meet THEIR criteria for a refund, and then after all that, they still won't give it to you! STAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THE COMPANY THAT SELLS IT!!!!
