From ALNO :Plan your dream kitchen with the new Kitchen Planner from ALNO. It is the next generation of Virtual Kitchen. While the prior version was based on rigid kitchen arrangements, ALNO Kitchen Planner allows you to position articles in a space of your choosing. You can define the room to be anywhere from 180 to 900 cm long and/or wide. You can put your articles anywhere within this space. This enables you to plan your own dream kitchen. The fully reprogrammed 3D kernel enables you to let your imagination run wild in your kitchen. Although calculations are run in real time, the program offers high quality display capabilities. Select floor and wall colors, put up windows and doors and then use your mouse to position your kitchen elements wherever you want them. You can decorate the planned kitchen with realistic accessories and modify the lighting conditions.

"Could use a little polishing."
Pros: The choice of materials, ie.. flooring/ wall treatments etc.., are superb. Ease of use and being "User Friendly" really make this a great and must have program..
Cons: I have not figured out how to get the wall "tiles" to function. I click on them and they fail to show up on the walls. The wallpaper and paint seem to work OK.

Pros: Good quality pictures, fast rendering, easy to learn and use, excellent 3D walk through option.
Cons: Limited colors and materials, can't add accessories to the catalog, can't undo or redo
Summary: If you want to remodel your kitchen on your own, this program is for you, if you are a professional kitchen designer or manufacturer this program lack many features.

Pros: None. It did not work.
Cons: If you have Vista, like I do, it will not work. Vista had to automatically change some of my display settings and it still did not work.
Summary: When I tried to create a kitchen, it only showed a black screen where the virtual "planning paper" was supposed to be. It never showed any of my work. If you have Vista, avoid completely!
