"failed to launch in Windows Vista, no support service"

Pros: nothing. never got it to launch

Cons: No support service. None. No phone # on the website. No replies to emails to support. When I launch the software, after connecting iPod, Windows gives a message saying, "External exception E06D7363," checks for a remedy and then closes program.

Summary: I am using Windows VISTA. I loaded your program and entered the key code.
