Pros
User friendly interface, great to manage iPod music library
Cons
- Not an impressive iPhone file transfer tool
- Fails to detect device type

Overall it is a great iPod manager that lets me manage my iPhone files easily and efficiently. It can transfer songs and movies between iPod and Computer with a few clicks. But as an iPhone file transfer utility it needs some serious improvements. I had hard time using it to transfer my iPhone text messages. Also, at times it does not recognize/detect my iPhone running on iOS 6.

For iPhone I would recommend CopyTrans or iPhone to PC Transfer: www.iphone-to-pc.com (works perfectly with my iPod too).
