Pros: Great ipod manager if you transfer your favorite songs to your Mac or back to iTunes. This tool makes you ipod accessible with Finder. Incredible!
Cons: Everything goes well by now.

"Software did not work, poor customer service."
Pros: I do not have anything good to say about this product.
Cons: The program would only downloaded half of the library in the Ipod.
Summary: Unloaded and Reloaded the software 3 times and it made no difference. I end up downloading an Open Source program called Senuti and it worked flawless. The customer service is a minimal at best. I wished I could have talked to a live person. They ar... read more >>
