Pros
Many more programs than just the Video Ripper, all easy to use, no hassle, easy to configure, just the thing for anyone who wants and needs good video solutions, and it has performed flawlessly.
My computer crashed and they sent me a new copy and key code right away!Cons

Simple and very cool program. I literally grabs all the contents of the DVD and transfers it to iPod or other device, or allows burning a CD/another DVD.

I have experienced no cons with this software so far.

Ultimate tool to make backup DVD copies. Also it's helpful when you need to move the contents of the DVD to external device. I find 1 Step DVD Copy very easy to use. I love it and recommend it!

I lost many dvds to my kid's viewing habits so I needed to find an easy solution to preserve my collection while still enjoying the DVDs I purchased. This is the product. Support has been attentive and extremely helpful! A definite buy!
