"No ease to use, not impressed with buttons made"
Cons: I think this kind of software should be better.

Pros: NONE!
Cons: Download this crap and it was a .txt file so I had to change the extension type to .exe (shame on the creator of this software)
When I did get it installed, it says I need to download and install Java VM- which I already had the latest version of. I didn't even go any further. Uninstalling was the easiest method for me to do with this junk.

"incompatable and unreachable"
Cons: since i have upgraded to windows vista 1cbt does not work at all,
even though i managed to get through the helpdesk and get a new reg number
its totaly useless because program wont start, grrrrrr, i think maybe a whois on the site and a phone call might be in order

"Company seems to be completely unreachable - AVOID!"
Pros: Worked well when I had it working.
Cons: I got a new PC at work and need to move my license (they have a PC Fingerprint system in place). Their system repeatedly has failed to issue me a new license for software that I've paid for. Their tech support is only on a discussion board--which has been down for over a month. There's no email address on the site. There's no phone number on the site. When I tried to submit a request via the forms available on their site, it also failed. At this point, they have effectively stolen my money.

"I downloaded this product and recieved nothing, but a Notepad file."
Cons: Nothing at all work. All I got was a notepad file that was 3MB. Pointless to download.
