  Pros

  See and/or do everything or anything in any file, find, sort, view, edit, move, copy, plus.

  Cons

  As windows has tried to hide and seal off the inner workings, the number of geeks that delve into programs and files of the operating system has shrunk. Thus the inner workings are less often examined, too bad. I would like to see incorporated into the program more utility to changing registry values. But perhaps it is there and I've just not found it. File recovery should be also be added, but perhaps it is there as well. I've been busy for a bunch of years outside geeksville, so I've not been using Ztree as much as a lot of others.
